Hi, wondered if anyone has managed to source a large, food safe, non-slip cutting mat in the UK please? I’m totally trashing my countertops cutting fondant to size (for panelling method) 🙁 None of the ones on Amazon etc say they are food safe and the ones that are, are far too small. Any other ideas would be much appreciated 🙂

I would give up the panelling method but I’m really, really, really struggling to get sharpe edges any other way 😡 I’m hating fondant right now…

If you google search for ‘extra large fondant rolling mat or pastry mat’ the results show more precise products.
