decorating a square cake with Buttercream
Hi
I’ve been asked to decorate a 12″ square cake with buttercream for a 16 year old birthday cake.
The cakes that I have done so far have been covered in sugar paste.
Can anyone point me in the right direction?

Oh dear! just realised what you mean sorry, if you google ‘decorating cakes with butter cream’ you’ll see lots of youtube tutorials on how to ice and pipe butter cream decorations.
