Hello,
Can you tell me how tall/high the 8″ round cake is (before carving) please, that was used to make the dinosaur. Are there any templates for this as far as cutting out the head? Thanks!

Sorry I meant to ask the height of the 8″ round chocolate cake, not width, as stated in my title. Thanks!

The dino cake is between 2.5″ and 3″ tall before carving. There isn’t a template for the head, however Paul shows in the video how much of the cake is reserved for this part. He gives verbal step by step instructions on how to shape the head for that cute factor. Carve small amounts at a time until you are satisfied with the shape.
