Hi, I want to make Pauls easy wedding cake as shown in the tutorial. , He used one 10″ square and 2 X 6″ square cakes. Would it feed 100 guests? If not how can I adapt the cake.??

No this will not feed 100 guests. Here is the portions chart to help you scale up the amounts you require:

Click on the chart to make it bigger and follow the top line to see square sponge sizes. You can choose a different combination of cake sizes to yield 100 portions or slightly over
