Can anyone recommend a tried and tested egg free vanilla sponge recipe

The levening needs adjusting to 1 teaspoon baking powder, 1 teaspoon baking soda.

The recipe works very well, all the information is the accompanying blog. This is not a vegan recipe but I guess you could change the dairy for non dairy, although I haven’t tried alternative replacements so can’t vouch how it would turn out. There are lots of vegan recipes online if that is what is preferable.
