Eggless Fruit Cake!
Hi All ,
Hoping someone could be so kind as to help out / advise on a good eggless fruit cake recipe? I’ve been tasked with making a rich fruit cake with no egg. It has to be deep. Worried it won’t rise?
Also if I need to make it deep could o just layer on top of one another with apricot jam. It needs to be a rectangle 12 by 17 and deep.
Any suggestions would be much appreciated 🙂
