Elmlea cream for ganache
Hi has anyone used elmlea double cream for making ganache this has a better shelf life but unsure if it would give the same results any help would be much appreciated

It’s fine to use Elmlea it will make ganache just as well as double cream. I believe Paul used it in one of the tutorials when he couldn’t get hold of proper cream. However ganache is better made with cream which contains fat rather than oils. Fat gives ganache better keeping qualities.
