Email Question : milk chocolate for ganache

Hi Andy

Any milk chocolate can be used, just make sure it is at least 40% cocoa solids, and add a little more chocolate to cream than you would for dark chocolate because milk (and white) ganache doesn’t set up as quickly. Ganche tutorial is a good guide and the question ‘Ganache help UK’. Hope it helps.

Andy, I use Aldi Dairyfine Milk chocolate, it works really well

I use chocolate from Lidl the Bellarom make which does lovely ganache and its only 99p per 200g
