Are the new courses I receive via email e.g ”Designer hand bag & Piping pretty” meant for the paying subscribers?

As far as I am aware all members regardless of membership status receive the same emails to let them know of new tutorial content. Non paying members will not able to access tutorials in the premium or pro libraries until they upgrade membership. If you are a non paying member and would like to up grade your membership, here are the options:
