Hi lovely people.

Anyone got a fail proof gluten free cake recipe? Don’t mind what flavour but would like to make a cake for a friend who needs gluten free.

Dove Farms flour have tried and tested recipes which you can see here:

I would suggest using a regular recipe, replacing your normal flour with Dove Farms self raising. Add a little milk to help with mositure as gluten free flours tend to make slightly drier cakes.

On this site there are several threads which discuss gluten free recipes and substitutes. Search ‘glutenfree’ or ‘gluten free’ in the box to the right of your username and scroll down to see relevant threads. Unfortunately the threads are slightly scattered but you should be able to find most of them. Hope you find something useful.
