Hi Everyone!

We have had feedback from one of our lovely members where she has found a good recipe for making chocolate ganache. I wonder if this may help any of you?
She made a dark chocolate ganache with1Kg of dark chocolate to 800ml of cream ratio and white chocolate ganache 600gram of white chocolate to 200ml of cream.
