Can anybody help I have been asked to do a 50th birthday cake. The clients has asked for a two tier cake but out of the top they would like a fish protruding at an ankle coming out of the top tier. Thank you ever so much. Julie

The tutorial, Catch of the day shows Rose Marie making a fish. You could adapt this to make the fish coming out the cake with inserting scewers into it and then into the cake.
