Ford Capri 3D Cake
Hi all
I have to make a red ford capri cake for Saturday and as I have never made a car cake I am starting to sweat! I thought it would be easy enough but after looking at some online info I am getting very worried. Mainly about scale. I don’t want it to be too big maybe from a 10 inch cake. Any advice most welcome! Also I am not getting paid very much at all so I need to keep my budget tight 🙂

Hiya… I’ve made a few car cakes now ranging from Seat Ibiza’s to Audi A5’s and have found a great way to start your basic shape is by using a loaf tin to make your sponge, and then carve your shape from there… You can the slice, fill and assemble your cake from there xx
