The product you are looking for is called choco cool. It is used in chocolatier work when pieces need to be stuck down very quickly. You can get it here http://www.keylink.org/ or any other site which specialises in chocolate making ingredients. The product is expensive, 400ml can costs £17.01, there is a small order charge for orders less than £150.00 and postage which brings it up to £27.81 pence. If you want to place an order with them they will need you first to register on their site, order either online or by telephone. The product information says it is non edible but in small quantities it is permissible to be used for securing small decorations. Hope this helps.
