Freezing a whole cake
If I bake level and fill cake in buttercream and jam and then cover top and sides in White choc ganache can I then freeze the whole cake for when I’m ready to cover in sugarpaste

Yes you can. I tried it last week. I covered the cake in a few layers of cling film and out it into cake box in the freezer. Leave it in the cling film to defrost.
