Hi, if you are using fresh flowers it is best to make sure they come from a certified organic grower as pesticides on ordinary flowers can make people ill. this is one of the main reasons people prefer sugar flowers. Other than that, there is a tutorial on here in which Paul places fresh flowers onto a cake, I can’t remember which one but you will find it in the wedding cake section. Good luck to you. x

Hi ctennent

There are more answers here http://www.cakeflix.com/questions/clark-baxter in addition to the jgibb’s reply. There isn’t a tutorial using fresh flowers however Paul did use roses and fruit in the chocolate wrap cake just to show us how it would look. Hope this helps.x
