Hello, Paul ! just want to ask , how to put fun wire on chocolate wrap cake ? I saw on your picture , but nothing says in your lesson . Is it only just wire ,or wire with chocolate on it ? Thank you

This particular chocolate wrap cake tutorial was made before the FSA ruling that metal wires cannot be inserted into cakes directly because of metal contamination. What you can do is protect the wires from touching the cake by inserting them into straws piped with ganache. First push straws level with the cake surface where you would like the wires to be placed. Pipe ganache into the straws, let it set and then push the wires into the set ganache. Be careful not to let any part of the wires to touch any of the wrap. Micro posy pick could be used but because they are so small and so many, I wouldn’t recommend them as they could cause hazzard problems.
