Can you make ganache with cream eggs ?

It depends really what you want to use the ganache for. Personally, I think the sugar fondant filling will make the ganache less likely to set hard if it’s for coating a cake which is to be covered in icing sugar. The best way is to make some and see how it works out. Make a small amount so you’re not wasting much ingredients. Good luck with your experiment and feed back would be lovely! 🙂
