ganache condensation
have taken my ganached cake out of the fridge which was in a box…..,the condensation is not resolving after an hour…..can i just go ahead and cover in fondant?

If the condensation is very heavy, wait a bit longer. Don’t get the sugar paste too wet as it will cause you problems with air bubbles and sticky fondant. The condensation will disperse and once it’s not running, you’ll be able apply the covering. 🙂
