Gancahe Please Help ASAP!! Desperate need lol
Hello All!
I am making pauls torso cake for a hen do on sat 23rd. I bought the cream for the ganche few days ago and the date for the cream is 23rd, the hen is on the 23rd. so will this be okay to use? will it be safe to eat after 23rd? Please help!!

Hi Stephanie
You can make the ganache straight away and it will keep in the fridge almost indefinitely. Once the cream and chocolate are mixed it no longer goes off as normal cream would. Soften a few seconds in the microwave to get spreading consistency before using,
