It’s called PME confectioners spray glaze. It can be clear or in lustre colours and is used to make cakes shiny or lustred.

Your local cake decorating supply shop may possibly keep it too. Shop around as prices can vary. Follow the instructions carefully, spraying too much or too close to the cake can cause runs which can’t be removed successfully.
