Hi I’m enjoying the online lessons but please please can you tell me where you purchased the small knife you use for the classes . I lost mine a while ago and don’t seem to be able to buy one anywhere.

You can get them in florist shops or in the chain stores called the Range. Look out for them on market stalls and any of the budget type stores. They are more widely available where there is a gardening department. Enjoy the tutorials!
