Help with my Ganache!!!
I made ganache as shown by paul on here. it turned out perfectly fine but 65% cocoa is too strong is there anything i can do with it to reduce the taste down a little.???? Help Please. im supposed to be doing my cake tomorrow!!

You could use milk chocolate. Just use a bit more milk chocolate to cream.
In a separate bowl melt some milk chocolate and add it to you already made ganache, do this untl you have te right flavour.

I sometimes add some icing sugar and it improves the flavour of dark chocolate ganache – not too much or the consistency is altered
