Hi,

I have to make a cake with a hot air balloon and basket topper.
Can anyone please advise me what size polystyrene ball I should use for the balloon?

That depends on the size cake the topper will be sitting on, or of course how big you’d like it in portion to your cake. There are several tutorials on youtube which you might find as handy guides. Lots to choose from here:
