How long will chocolate ganache keep once on a cake?
Hi, I just watched Paul’s chocolate ganache tutorial and he says it will keep for 2-3 months in the fridge but I’m wondering how long it will keep once on a cake? I’ve a cake to do this weekend for a wedding next Saturday, the bottom tier is chocolate cake and I just wondered if it would be ok for a week with chocolate ganache in it?

The ganache will be fine for a week, just keep your cake in a cool room.
