How long will this keep covered in the fridge? The amount Paul makes is loads I did half it but it was still too much for what I needed.

In the fridge it’s best kept for as long as the use by date of the cream, so always buy cream with the longest date. However there are many more answers which are worth reading when you have time. Here is one answer here:
