How to keep buttercream
Sorry me again….how long would you keep buttercream if it’s in the fridge before using to coat a cake before Icing? thanks for your help!

Hi Lynn
Butter cream will keep in the fridge for two weeks in an airtight container, make sure you haven’t got any onions nearby!

Thank you thats great,I know what you mean about the onions!!…onion flavoured buttercream!!….it does’nt bare thinking about!
