Welcome to the Cake Decorators Q&A

I am in early stages of making cakes for friends and family.
I have so far managed to make everything I’ve been asked for but am unsure how to tackle this request.
Any ideas on what to use to support the drums?

you could use wooden / plastic dowels or candy sticks then add either a circle of royal icing (once dry) for the support or add a piece of cardboard then add the fondant drum
