How to make fondant from scratch, where are the three recipes mentioed by mid, how well do they work?
Can you please give a fool proof recipe, with no gelatin, i have tried a gelatin one from planet cake book, it looks ok when you first make it, but keep it for 4 to five days, and try rolling it it starts to crumble. How can i make one thats good as a commercial one. Fondant is the single most expensive ingredient here in australia, and it doesn’t even get eaten, people just simply peel it off and its thrown away.
