How would you cut the chocolate wrap cake, bearing in mind the top is made up of card?
Having watched this video, I’m highly impressed with the overall finish of the cake but would like some guidance on how you cut this cake, taking into consideration 2 things-
1- The top of the cake is made out of card.
2- There are various dowels in the cake?
