Hi, I’m from México. My English is no so good so, I hope you understand me.
About some ingredients i don’t have idea what are…

1.-cold Earl Grey tea (brewed in a teapot)?
2.-Self-raising flour?
In Mexico I don’t find the self-raising flour so, how to make it?
And the Earl Grey tea, it’s a brand? Or it’s the same green tea?

Earl Grey tea is black tea flavoured with either the petals of bergamot flower or the oil of bergamot. Read about it here: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Earl_Grey_tea
It’s not everyone’s taste, you can just use what ever flavour you like. It’s more a British thing 🙂
