Jiggly cotton cake sweats.

Hello!
Whenever i make jiggly cotton cake, upon storing it in an airtight container it sweats a lot. It becomes sticky and almost wet.
I have tried keeping the lid of the container open as well but nothing seems to help.
Can someone help me here?

Hi humera_salman

This type of cake is something between a cheesecake and a chiffon. It will become sticky if kept in a airtight container at room temperature. To keep it set, store it in the refrigerator like you would a cheesecake. Pop the cake in the fridge until cool to touch and then lightly cover it in cling film. It’ll keep well for approximately a week.

You can also freeze the cake. To freeze, pop it in the freeze without any covering until fairly solid. Then wrap it in cling and foil. If you have a cardboard cake box, place the wrapped cake in it and place in the freezer. ?
