Loading tutorials

Hi Everyone,
I’m just new to this site and seem to have trouble with the tutorials loading !
Which ever tutorial I click on to watch it stops every 2-3 seconds and takes so long to load which is very frustrating.
I was just wondering has anyone else experienced this problem ?
We have Wi-Fi internet connection and i have not had problems with any other online class that I watch
Thank you in advance

Hi jules62

I had the same problem last week also on WI-FI connection, It has to do with not enough bandwidth. I was able to watch youtube channels without problem. I don’t fully understand the technicalities but basically the site videos have a lot of content which WI-FI can’t cope with. I know it’s a pain but at least you know now this not a site malfunction.
You could try watching on SD instead of HD although it made no difference for me. To watch on SD right click on the video and a menu should show on your right hand side, select SD.
All back to normal now I’m home. Hope this helps.

I also had the same problem. I also find some of the video’s of poor quality in places. I’ve tried to contact Paul but he must be busy I guess.

Some of the older tutorials are not such sharp quality but the site has come a long way and the newer tutorials are of exceptional quality. Unfortunately if download speed is poor live streaming can be difficult. I was viewing via a holiday resort WI – FI and the problems were dreadful, at home I have excellent viewing.
For more information you can email to [email protected] or [email protected] they will explain far better than I can.
