Hi preema

How about brushing navy blue fully edible glitter onto the cake?
It won’t be pearlecent but it will shimmer. Here is the fully edible navy glitter:

What do you think……….?

Sugarflair do a navy blossom tint .How about adding a small amount of snowflake lustre dust to this to get a shimmer .Alternately the snowflake on its own gives a nice pearlescent shimmer.
