Making Flower Paste Flowers in Advance?

Hi, Can anyone advise how far in advance I can make flowers from flower paste to be used on cupcakes/wedding cake. I am making a cupcake tower topped with a small wedding cake and have 120 cupcakes to make which will all be decorated with the flowers. Obviously I need a bit of time to do this! How far in advance could I make these, just trying to make it a bit easier for myself as I have a young baby at home!

Hi helcakes

Once made the flowers should be stored in a card board box protected with either some tissue or soft cloth in between layers. Don’t put them in an airtight plastic container as this will restrict air flow and make them go limp.
The flowers will last for years if cared for properly.

From what I know so long as they are kept dust free can make them as far in advance as like 🙂 I started making flowers for my daughters wedding cake a month ago!! 🙂 xxx
