Has anyone made fondant? I live in Chile and fondant is very expensive here. Can someone share a recipe with me? I make my own but wonder if there is a better way out there.

If you can get marshmallows, then marshmallow fondant is nice, and easy to make, and there are lots of recipes on the internet.
