Massa Ticini
Can someone explain the difference in Carma Massa Ticini…..and Massa Ticini ….and Massa Ticini Mona Lisa? I have a 4 tier wedding cake to make and was goin to use Mona Lisa ivory…but would this be as good and as tough as the others?
Thanks

Hi dianne
Massa Ticino Tropic is a premium sugar paste, formulated for use in hot humid conditions. It is a really beautiful paste that can be rolled out thinner than some other pastes. It doesn’t stretch and bubble in highly humid conditions. Massa Ticino bridal white and Mona Lisa are more for everyday use. I have always used the Tropic regardless of temperature because of how well it handles.
