Please can someone tell me if I can use milk chocolate instead of dark chocolate for the Moist Chocolate Recipe and also do I have to put coffee in? Thanks

PS: Can someone help me work out quantities to make this cake in a 6″ round. I am confused by the table and also I don’t get how you can convert it when there were 2 different sized tins used?

You could try a small cake made with milk chocolate, I’ve never done it but I’m sure it will be fine. The whole recipe ie the two different size tins will fit into a 10″ square tin so this is the size you are converting from. So you need to convert a 10″ square to a 6″ round. If you’re unable to use the table, you may find the cakeometer more suitable.
