Hi can someone tell me the quantities required to make 2kg of milk chocolate ganache please. My family don’t really like dark chocolate. Many thanks

I always use a ratio of 2.5 chocolate to 1 of double cream but you can use the same as for the dark ganache. Because milk chocolate doesn’t set as hard as dark it’s worth adding a little extra. x
