There isn’t a minni mouse tutorial on the site however, there is a very good one on youtube by timidekor. It’s a complete tutorial, without dialogue but you will be able to follow it. Hope this helps.

I  found this, it’s for Polymer clay figures, but would work just the same for modeling paste. It includes Minnie, Mickey, Goofey etc

I actually used this site some time ago and the instructions are excellent.  Made a great Mickey and Pluto out of sugar dough supported with raw spaghetti.
