Hi, I am not able to view the first minute or so of the Jimmy Choo lesson (number 3 which is the 2nd part of the ganache) and it is a black screen until when Paul is trimming the excess ganache from the top of the cake. I wondered if there is a problem with this lesson at all? Many thanks

Hi, I just viewed it and if you wait for about 42-45 seconds, Paul welcomes you back, so I don’t think you have missed any of the tutorial.

only reason I was asking is because the video starts with a beautifully ganached cake and in the previous video the cake went into the fridge before being fully covered 🙂
