Moist chocolate cake portions
Ciao,
I was watching the video of that lovely rich moist chocolate cake and was wondering how many portions it makes. If I should stack the two cakes to make a tiered cake, filling and covering the tiered cake with chocolate ganache and then with sugarpaste, how may portions would it make? Thanks.

Click on blog and scroll down to page 4. There you will see a chart which shows how many portions the different sized cakes yield. Hope this helps.
