Do you have any representatives in Kuwait?
Dear Paul,
Thank you for your support and understanding. I registered in your website to try it as a one month subscription and I found out later by PayPal that it was a monthly prepayment. I would like to keep it for one month since since it is paid and cancel it afterwards.
I will email you with my husbands PayPal Address which was set for payment. You will note that his profile name is Faisal.

Thanks for your response I had deleted my answer as the question changed after it was posted and we about to email you. I will make a note to cancel your membership just before you next payment is due.

Thank you for your prompt reply, this shows professionalism. What about PayPal, how can I change the payment status in my profile because it shows Indefinite? Next payment is on 22/11/2012 and it is automatic.
Hi Zeina,
We will cancel your payment profile in paypal the day before it is set to renew. Unfortunately if you were to cancel it now it removes you access to the courses right away. This is a problem with our system that we hope to have fixed by the end of next week but for now this is the best way to do it to make sure you don’t miss any of your membership.
Sorry about the confusion on this.
So you will not pay any more than the £9.95 you paid today.

Last time we chat, I requested to cancel my subscription on 22/11/2012 i.e. one month subscription. I am currently happy with the service. kindly don’t cancel my subscription until you hear from me again. I would like to continue for one extra month.
