Hi can you add different flavours to mrs jones sponge

Different flavours can be added providing the ingredient balance of the recipe is not greatly changed. For instance, I wouldn’t recommend that you add extra liquid in the form of juices or alcohol which would upset the original content. You could however use different flavoured food extracts instead of the vanilla.
