Hi has anybody frozen mrs jones cupcake recipe and if so what were your results like

hi,
I have not done this personally, but I went to Mrs Jones for a couple of classes and she gave us her lovely cupcakes with afternoon coffee and they had been in the freezer and they were delicious.
I am sure if they are correctly wrapped up and in a cardboard box, they will keep fine.
You could try freezing only a couple and see how they turn out rather than a whole batch.
