Hi
Could anybody help scale Mrs Jones carrot cake from 8inch round to 10inch square.

Both the ready reckoner and the cakeometer are easy tools to use. The ready reckoner is formulated for 3″ deep cakes, the cakeometer will scale up for a deeper cakse so use which ever one appeals to you.
If you are going to use Mrs Jones’ carrot cake as a tier for stacking or carving, she adivses to increase just the FLOUR by an additional 25% to make it sturdier.
