Mrs Jones’ recipe here:
I don’t think Jackie made any changes to the recipe. However Mrs Jones did tell me in an email some months ago to increase just the flour in this recipe by an additional 10% and by 20% for her other recipes on the site. This is in order to give the cake more subststance for stacking purposes.
