Is this cake suitable for stacking. It would have a fruit cake at the bottom and a chocolate cake on top

Wedding cake query

I don’t think Jackie made any changes to the recipe. However Mrs Jones did tell me in an email some months ago to increase just the flour in this recipe by an additional 10% and by 20% for her other recipes on the site. This is in order to give the cake more subststance for stacking purposes.
