Hi
Just looking to know how long I should bake Mrs Jones vanilla cake for and what temp. It’s a 10 inch square one. Any advice would be great.

I would hesitiate to make that whole recipe in one large tin. I did answer a similar question which you asked before. To see it have a peek here:

In the video Mrs Jones says the temperature should be 160c fan. Later in the video she says 160c and in the comments below the video she answers to a member that she bakes this recipe on 150c fan. This leaves a little confusion.
You’ll save yourself a lot of hassle by splitting the recipe into two halves. Take care to double line the tin to prevent the corners from burning. Bake at 150c fan as in Mrs Jones’ comment and just baby sit it until done.
