need fudgy brownies
Hi!
i wanna know if you guys have a brownie recipe here or if not then can you please give me one that ypu use coz i used to make brownies before and they turned out moist and fudgy but now when i bake um with the same recipe they turn out cakey-like all airy and dry and i want flat brownie surface too which i never get.
Also tell what could be the reason for the cakey textured brownies? is it the electric mixer? coz i used to mix them with hand mixer(electric) before cpuld that be the reason?

Sounds like you’re over mixing the batter. Brownie batter has to be mixed just enough for it to come together. If you’re doing this in the machine, combine the ingredients on a low to medium speed until just incorporated.
