Number cake servings

Hi,

Does anybody know how many servings the large number cake tins serve? I’ve had a request for a number 30 cake for 50 people but I’ve no idea how many servings there are in each number.

Any help greatly appreciated!

Hi Livvylou75

The following is an example of a large numbered tin :

Both the 3 and the 0 in this range = 14″ x 10″ pans. Assuming this is the size you are using, each number will yield 70 portions 2″ x 1″ of sponge cake.

If you are renting the pans, the rental store will be able to give you more information.
